Secondment via SourceMonks
Secondment means that you are employed by us, but work for various clients. You do what you are good at: temporary assignments with substance, variety and impact. We take care of the rest: a fixed income, personal coaching and support. This allows you to combine the freedom of interim work with the security of salaried employment. Would you rather work as a self-employed person? Then we will provide you with assignments that really suit you and a hassle-free collaboration.
Sometimes you feel so at home with a client that you want to stay there. At SourceMonks, we encourage that. If you start with us on an interim or project basis and a permanent position develops along the way, we are happy to help you plan for that bright future together with our client. Would you rather remain part of our community? That's fine too. In either case, we will remain involved and would love to see you return as an ambassador within our network.
Three routes. One SourceMonks approach.
#1
Self-employed without interference
You work independently, but not alone. We find assignments that suit you, ensure transparency and remain involved throughout the entire process.
#2
Project basis with safety net
Employed by us, on an interim basis. You focus on your assignment, we take care of your security, development and everything in between.
#3
From Temporary to Permanent
You start with a client via SourceMonks, with the prospect of a permanent job. You get to know the organisation, they get to know you – without pressure, with guidance.
“As a monk, you are devoted. As a SourceMonk, you choose where you grow.”
